Your Investment To Utilise Our Services
There is a voucher fee of €50 regardless of the amount to be collected. This covers all initial costs including postage, faxes, e-mails, searches, stationery, tracing, personal contacts and serving of documents. Commission is charged at the following percentages on the total amount received or arranged for payment.
20% on the first €5,000
10% on the next €5,000
5% on the balance over €10,000
Example
A €12,000 debt will attract commission of €1,600 or 13.33%;
20% on the first €5,000 = €1,000
10% on the next €5,000 = € 500
5% on the balance of €2,000 = € 100
TOTAL = €1,600
Commission charges are payable on all monies recovered. This is irrespective of collection costs being recovered.
· EC Credit Control has NO joining fees, annual subscription fees or account fees
· Unlike other agencies we do not add on charges for disbursements, calls, faxes, personal visits or the serving of documents. We do not charge minimum commission fee.
