EC Credit Control started out in 1989 as a regional debt recovery and credit management company in New Zealand. In 2001 operations began in Sydney, and we now have representation in all centres throughout Australia.

2006 has seen the commencement of franchised operations in Ireland, giving us an excellent base from which to expand into the rest of Europe. This exciting development has stemmed from the desire of the company to expand its services internationally and to introduce its unique software and effective collection techniques to international markets.

Our geographical expansion has been accompanied by the development of a broader range of services. In 2000 we launched our Terms of Trade service and are market leaders in Australasia in the production of business documentation for our clients.

Over the years the company has operated with a philosophy of getting the job done using the best and most efficient tools available. We have invested heavily in technology to maximise efficiencies and streamline the day to day operations of the business.
